Get Involved - Register for a FREE BOOTH!

One way you can get involved is by registering for a booth! Booths are FREE - no registration cost. All we ask is that you provide your own booth/tent, volunteers, and candy (we recommend 50 lbs. purchased in bulk and can recommend inexpensive options). Download the form below, fill out and email form to stephenie@samifinejewelry.com to. Also notate if you will need electricity or have special requests. There is no guarantee that you will get booth space you request, please give us a couple options.

Ps-If you have booth that sells food, there is a waiting list.  Food vendors that have a business in Fountain Hills are given first priority on the waiting list.  We require all food vendors to donate 15% of their profits to a local charity.  All other booths that want to sell something are not allowed.

BOOTH SET UP:
​a.      See map to see where your booth is located. 
b.  If you do not like your booth space or someone is parked in the way of your booth you can flip flop your space to the other side of the avenue.
c. Electrical is not provided, nor guaranteed.  MOST ALL of the spaces do have an electrical outlet near you, but YOU MUST check it before the event and if it doesn’t work contact The Town. Keep in mind you are sharing that electrical outlet.
d.  Booths that require lots of electrical will need a spider box.  Spider boxes must be requested thru the Town of Fountain Hills.
d.     Booth placement will be emailed to you prior to the event and or confirmed at the Halloween in the Hills meetings.
e.     The Avenue of the Fountains Street will close by 2pm.  If you want to come early and save your “parking spaces” and put your stuff on the curb you can. 
f.      Booth MUST BE set up and ready to go by 4:00pm.
g.     You must have a game in your booth, no hard marketing or selling of any product without prior permission.
h.     You must give away prizes with your game (note if you are giving away candy as a prize, we recommend purchasing at least 50 pounds).
j.       Booth/Games Begin at 4:00pm.
